SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your items/order has shipped, it will be emailed to the email you provide during your account set up. Please check your tracking numbers and if there is an issue please contact us so we advise you on how to contact USPS. We are not responsible for packages once they are dropped off at USPS.

Our "Standard Shipping" is USPS first class mail, if your package weighs over a pound or "Priority Shipping" is chosen at checkout, then we will send your packages this way. Halo Bungalow does not offer "order combining" services at this time.

PROCESSING TIMES

Our standard processing time (time it takes to get your order ready to ship out) is 1-3 business day (Monday through Friday) on all RTS (ready to ship) items. Preorders will begin shipping 7-10 business days after the preorder close date. Please do not combine RTS and Preorder items on the same order if you are needing them right away. We do NOT split ship any orders, so your entire order will not ship until all items are finished and ready to go.

RETURN POLICY

We appreciate each and every customer and order they place with us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. Please take the time to double check your order before checking out. We check each item before it is shipped out, however we are human and sometimes we can miss a blemish on a transfer. If you feel you have received a damaged item please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, email us here: halobungalow@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange the item if stock is available, if it is not you will receive a refund or store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
